Shankweiler's Drive-In, established in 1934, is the oldest operating drive-in theater in the world. For over 90 years, it has delighted audiences with double features on its large outdoor screen.
Located in the Lehigh Valley, Orefield, Pennsylvania, just off Route 309.

This week, join us for the drive-in premiere of FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY’S 2! Our eerie animatronic friends stomp their way back onto the big screen under the stars in this anticipated sequel to last year’s fall favorite. Based on the cult video game series, FNAF delivers a blend of nostalgic scares and Blumhouse flair in this fresh new cinematic franchise. Our cofeature will be another recent sequel to a past-season fan favorite, BLACK PHONE 2! It’s a double feature of chilling thrills at the drive-in!

On Saturday, December 6, our Holiday Matinee series kicks off with the cult Christmas classic, GREMLINS! This quirky, fun, and occasionally macabre holiday romp treads a very unique line between wholesome family fun and dark comedy, a balancing act that can only be achieved by the 80s movie maestro, Joe Dante!

Sunday, December 7: Shankweiler’s Drive-In Theatre teams up with our friends and neighbors at Crooked Row Farm for a winter edition of our new Farm & Food Festival, celebrating the diverse and delicious foods of the Lehigh Valley!
Join us as we bring together local growers, food trucks, prepared food vendors, and food-adjacent retail vendors in this celebration of food and community! This event will run from 10am to 3pm.
