Shankweiler's Drive-In, established in 1934, is the oldest operating drive-in theater in the world. For over 90 years, it has delighted audiences with double features on its large outdoor screen.
Located in the Lehigh Valley, Orefield, Pennsylvania, just off Route 309.

Tuesday, April 21
On Tuesday, April 21, join us for the drive-in premiere of CITY WIDE FEVER, a modern take on the iconic giallo genre. This 21st century euro-horror was shot on MiniDV to giving this film a unique early 2000s “digital grit.”
City Wide Fever follows Sam, a young film student, who discovers a USB detailing the life and career of forgotten Italian horror director Saturnino Barresi. As she begins to investigate his mysterious disappearance, Sam finds herself pulled into a violent conspiracy eerily similar to those of the films she adores.
We can't wait to splash this surreal argento-esque thriller across our giant drive-in screen.

Our snack bar's neon isn't just pink, it's not fuschia, it's not flamingo, it's actually magenta, and it will be lit up on April 30 for the premiere weekend of THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA 2!
To complement this film, our friends from Meesha Aesthetics will be with us at the theater providing information about their aesthetic and wellness services!
We'll also have movie-inspired cookies for sale from fan-favorite Hayden's Confections!
