Shankweiler's Drive-In, established in 1934, is the oldest operating drive-in theater in the world. For over 90 years, it has delighted audiences with double features on its large outdoor screen. Shankweiler’s was recently awarded BEST DRIVE-IN THEATER in the 2026 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
Our drive-in theater is located in the Lehigh Valley, Orefield, Pennsylvania, just off Route 309.

Starting Friday, July 3, Shankweiler's Drive-In proudly presents MINIONS & MONSTERS! We're thrilled to kick off this holiday weekend with another big, brand-new summertime family feature! Minions will also be presented in a classic drive-in double feature. After intermission, we pick up the new Steven Speilberg sci-fi epic, DISCLOSURE DAY!
