Shankweiler's Drive-In, established in 1934, is the oldest operating drive-in theater in the world. For over 90 years, it has delighted audiences with double features on its large outdoor screen.

Located in the Lehigh Valley, Orefield, Pennsylvania, just off Route 309.

After intermission, we follow it up with the best wingman a movie could have, TOP GUN: MAVERICK! Both features will be blasted back‑to‑back on our enormous drive‑in screen under the stars

On Tuesday, May 19, join us for the drive-in premiere of IT NEEDS EYES, an indie horror hit!

About It Needs Eyes: A troubled teen moves to her aunt's coastal house, where she escapes into dark corners of the internet. Her fixation on a mysterious missing woman's videos leads to disturbing discoveries about the digital underworld and her own secrets. 

About The Directors: Zack Ogle (he/him) & Aaron Pagniano (they/them) are an award winning writer/director duo best known for their short film We Got a Monkey's Paw. Meeting at Florida State University Film School, Zack & Aaron bonded over monster flicks and D&D, blossoming into a fruitful creative relationship. Accomplished as both a duo and as individual filmmakers; Zack is also known for his work on Netflix's Dead Boy Detectives as well as his film Death Has a Son; Aaron is known for their feature film Sunset on the River Styx and short film Transfer.

You're invited to the drive‑in premiere of one of this summer's most anticipated blockbuster movie events, STAR WARS: THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU! This feature‑length installment from the hit Disney series The Mandalorian follows Din Djarin (a helmeted Pedro Pascal known as “Mando”) and Grogu (beloved by fans as “Baby Yoda”) as they embark on an exciting new adventure within the expansive and immersive Star Wars universe. We have lots of goodies and extras in store, so stay tuned!

This premiere will be presented as a drive-in double feature! Our co-feature will be released closer to the show!
